I was connected to Jackie by an adult family home after I called with questions. Jackie called and gave me the exact guidance I needed. Over the course of a few months I would reach out to Jackie with questions. She always had time to talk to me. When it came time to find a home because of my dad’s worsening dementia, I looked online at over 200 properties. I made a short list of one’s I’d call, but was overwhelmed at knowing all the questions I needed to ask. The plan had always been to keep Dad in his home, where he had always been with my mom (married for 63 years), where we grew up. But that was not going to be possible as his dementia became increasingly worse. I called Jackie and Raissa who were amazing and by the next day had set up 7 appointments to see adult family homes, half of which were on my short list. Three cancelled after seeing my Dad’s assessment, and both Jackie and Raissa went with my Mom and I the next day to visit the others. There were some great places, but one in particular stood out to us. While this has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever gone through, these two angels have come alongside us and given us support, guidance, compassion, and their time and attention. My Dad is doing very well and loves the amazing family he’s with. We can visit him anytime, take him out to church and family events, and we see the love he is receiving daily. Raisa and Jackie came into the picture and immediately started to improve my grandmothers situation. Since COVID she had been isolated and had mental and Physical decline. They helped asses her needs and took us to look at many different assisted living options. They knew to ask the questions that we didn’t even think about. The helped us reduce grandmas care cost and Negotiated with the assisted living on our behalf. They made sure we had a clear idea of visitation so grandma would not be isolated again. She loves her new home. The icing on the cake they were free. Call them and you absolutely will not regret it.

These fine people are much more than a placement service. We used a different service in the past for my elderly parents, and the service for my brother went above and beyond. I was skeptical that a place could even be found that would suit him but Jackie and Raisa found it. They follow up after placement, too! Raisa used to run an adult care home and Jackie worked in nursing they have done the care and became experts in their field. We were in a crunch situation and Senior Care Family Values went above and beyond to help meet the needs of our family.
